[+] UPDATE: Full refund received after harassing Panasonic for months. Panasonic has lost a friend. THE STORY: This DVD recorder (DMR-WZ48V) was sent to Panasonic three times for repair. Three times they sent it back and said it ain't broke. We show you otherwise. Witness the unboxing just minutes after the unit is received back the third time. The unit is hooked up and two tapes are played ... all without a break in the video. You be the judge as to whether Panasonic's repair department has competency issues. This unit was bought in September 2008. As of January 2009 it still has not provided a single good DVD. I want a refund!!!!!!!!
