Cleanup Effort, Over Decades, Fails to Restore America's Largest Estuary

Earlier this year, President Barack Obama issued an executive order to protect and restore the Chesapeake Bay, a unique estuary on America's Atlantic coast near Washington, D.C. In response, the federal government is putting together a plan to crack down on pollution in the complex ecosystem. In the first of a series of reports on the Chesapeake Bay, VOA's Rosanne Skirble examines its long decline and the movement to restore it.
