Here is a tutorial on how to create ClockworkMod Recovery flashable zip file which contains all your favourite user apps and the data of those apps. This is useful when you switch ROMs and don't want to redownload all the apps. After switching ROM, you can flash the update.zip which you create as seen on the video.
